Gingerbread House Preschool is located in the heart of Zionsville, Indiana. Zionsville is a prosperous town with a population of nearly 30,000 people, a suburb at the northwest corner of Indianapolis. It has a highly educated population with one of the best public school systems in the state. It has the highest home values in the state of Indiana. Zionsville was ranked as one of the top five 2023 Best Places to Live in Indiana by Niche, receiving A+ scores in public education and overall Niche grade. Zionsville was also found to be the safest city in Indiana, an achievement described in a 2023 report by NewHomeSource. In April 2024 US News& World Reports named Zionsville Community High School the best high school in the entire Indianapolis metropolitan area.
